Engagements & Pricing

How do you price Salesforce projects?

We support both fixed-scope and time-and-materials engagements. After a free discovery call we share a written estimate with milestones, deliverables and a clear assumption list — no surprise change orders.

What's the minimum engagement size?

We typically work on projects starting from a 4-week focused sprint (e.g. an audit + quick-win automation) up to multi-year managed-services contracts. We don't take on engagements where we can't deliver measurable value.

Do you offer fixed-price implementations?

Yes. For well-scoped implementations we offer fixed-price packages with defined milestones. For evolving scopes, time-and-materials with weekly reporting tends to be more efficient.

Delivery & Timelines

How long does a typical Salesforce implementation take?

Most Sales or Service Cloud rollouts go live in 8–16 weeks. Complex multi-cloud or integration-heavy programs run 4–9 months. We always break delivery into 2-week sprints with demoable outcomes.

What does your delivery process look like?

Discover → Design → Build → Adopt. Every sprint has a working demo, a backlog refinement and a written status. You always know what's done, what's next and what's at risk.

Will I work with senior people or junior offshore staff?

Every engagement is led by a senior Salesforce architect with 10+ years of experience. We don't staff projects with juniors-only teams.

Which Salesforce clouds do you implement?

Sales, Service, Marketing, Experience, Revenue, Data, Education and Industry Clouds — plus Einstein AI, MuleSoft and Tableau / CRM Analytics.

Can you integrate Salesforce with our existing systems?

Yes. We routinely integrate Salesforce with ERP (SAP, NetSuite, Oracle), billing, marketing automation, data warehouses and custom apps using MuleSoft, native APIs or middleware of your choice.

Do you migrate from other CRMs?

Yes — we have migrated clients from HubSpot, Zoho, Microsoft Dynamics, Pipedrive and legacy in-house CRMs. We handle data cleansing, mapping, validation and go-live cutover.

Support & Managed Services

Do you offer post-go-live support?

Yes. Our managed services cover admin, enhancements, release management, monitoring and 24×7 support — priced by tier (Lite, Standard, Enterprise) based on org size and SLAs.

How do you handle Salesforce release upgrades?

We maintain a release-readiness checklist for every managed-services client and validate critical workflows in a sandbox 2–3 weeks before each Salesforce release.

Is my data secure?

We follow Salesforce security best practices — least-privilege access, field-level security, audit logs, and (where applicable) Shield encryption, event monitoring and PII masking. We sign NDAs and DPAs before any engagement.
